2019 Senior Year Highlight Video
Here is a highlight video which shows all of Brandon’s vaults that equaled or broke his previous personal record.
On Friday, March 1st, the Broken Arrow Track team headed to Owasso, Oklahoma for their first outdoor meet of the 2019 season. It was a cold 37 degree evening under the lights with calm winds. Brandon ended up having the best meet of his career, first clearing a PR of 15’1″, then a 2nd PR and school record 15’7″, and finally a 3rd PR and school record of 16’0″. His brother Austin put together this cool video showing all three vaults side by side.
The local news media found out that Brandon broke the 25 year old school record and wanted to bring him in for a live interview on their morning show. In several segments leading up to the interview, a news reporter was reporting on the story which can be seen below.
